Meet Dallon

How does a normal guy from an Illinois farming community decide to pursue his passion for helping other people build remarkable businesses?  I’ve often asked that question myself.

The short version is that I have learned my work ethic and values from a wonderful family growing up in Sherrard, Illinois – about three hours due west of Chicago.  I am a proud graduate of the University of Illinois and Indiana University, and I have spent 12 years in Corporate America working for a well-respected manufacturing firm in a variety of operations, IT, and finance roles.  I have a heart for teaching and great passion for helping small businesses succeed.

What I have learned from my corporate career is that you do business with people.  There are certainly great company names that we all know, but we ultimately do business with real people.  I value the relationships I have with my family, my friends, my co-workers, and the companies with whom I work.

Beginning in January 2011, I have the privilege of working as a controller for OSI Business Services.  OSI serves small and medium-sized businesses as their virtual accounting and finance department.  I am part of a dedicated and very talented team at OSI, and we are committed to transforming the numbers into outstanding business results.

My guiding lights and foundation are my wife, Stephanie, and my boys Thomas (6 years) and Garrett (2 years).  As I help others build great businesses, I serve my family as a role model and provider.  They are why I do what I do.
